Fantasy v SF Round One Pits Epic Fantasy Against Space Opera

io9’s version of March Madness begins today with ‘Epic Fantasy v. Space Opera‘ so vote now so Gandalf won’t have to smack down Vader.  It won’t be pretty.

Of course, we’re holding the Mouse in reserve in case of foul play.

O my goodness!  I remember this storm (I was eight). The flag pole in our front yard was bent over 90 degrees to the ground but did not break or pull out of the base. My dad’s amateur radio tower did not fare as well though.

For the next 10-15 years I was terrified of thunderstorms and tornadoes. But once the Andover tornado chased my kids and I home, I conquered that fear and put it permanently behind me.

I’ve been to Yosemite twice. I loved it. It would be the only reason I would ever move to California.

Those waiting for Clone Wars: The Lost Missions to get some kind of closure for the hit Star Wars cartoon won’t need to wait much longer. The never-before-seen final episodes will debut on Netflix on March 7th, and here’s the first clip featuring a very special cameo!
